Advanced duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for journal entries on routine basis;
- Monitor and adjust balances;
- Monitor SAP transactions;
- Review customer spending;
- Account reconciliations for area;
- Responsible for monthly warranty review report;
- Prepare and update monthly and annual warranty reports.
Advanced duties and responsibilities
- Provide advanced level reporting upon request;
- May supervise the work of others.
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- 5 years of experience in an accounting;
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems;
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Knowledge and experience in warranty transactions required;
- Ability to work independently and with teams;
- Experience working in a manufacturing, accounting environment;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail;
- Microsoft Office skills required, expert skills with spreadsheets;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
