JOB SUMMARY
The Coupa Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Coupa platform, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing workflows in collaboration with procurement and finance teams. This role also involves providing user training and support, monitoring system performance, and implementing improvements. Additionally, the specialist will develop and execute test plans, identify and track defects, perform regression testing, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage and maintain the Coupa platform, including user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize Coupa workflows and processes.
Provide training and support to users on Coupa functionalities.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Coupa-related projects.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after updates and changes.
Collaborate with development and implementation teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Coupa Administrator and QA Specialist.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems.
Proficiency in Coupa platform and related tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. Ability to work with a complex field organization across geographical boundaries.
Experience with other procurement systems and tools.
Certification in Coupa administration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
