Join us as a Software Engineer I and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a hybrid so working between your home office and the Raleigh NC office.
In this role, you will:
- Write clean, maintainable code for new features and improvements
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with team members on technical solutions
- Help maintain existing codebase
- Document technical specifications and processes
- Learn and adopt new technologies as needed
- Participate in occasional on-call support duties on a rotational basis
Your background:
- 1-2 years of software development experience including internships
- Basic understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Proficiency in either:
- Typescript and React
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation to support production systems
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience with automated testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD build automation
- Experience with AWS
- C# and .NET 6 or later
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
