MUST :
Active TS / SCI is required with POLY
10 years of experience as a Cloud Solution Architect
5 years AWS Cloud-based solution design and architecture.
5 years building and leading AWS cloud infrastructure solutions at scale across multiple classification domains (IL5 to IL6 ) simultaneously
5 years of cloud architecture patterns
5 years microservices, Docker and Kubernetes serverless computing, containers
Cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
Strong programming / scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Must have client facing communication skills
Current certifications to meet 8140 / 8570 standards (e.g. Security or above)
DUTIES :
Sr. Solutions Architect (Cloud), design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple domains (IL5 to IL6 ).
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-native architectures, including microservices, serverless computing, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
You will mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of cloud engineers, reviewing their work, and helping them solve complex technical challenges.
You will engage with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues
You'll also need to stay current on evolving cloud technologies and compliance standards.
