- Invoicing suppliers
- Processing payment orders
- Updating and maintaining accurate records
- Data entry
- Managing BACS payments
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Building relationships with suppliers and vendors Requirements
- Strong administrative skills

- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A 2 : 1 degree or higher, preferably in Accounting / Finance
