Make an Impact

As an Architectural Designer, you are a professional with a strong foundation in generating and translating design concepts into complete solutions. Ideally, you are on a path toward licensure as an Architect, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and high-quality design. Your expertise in design development and documentation ensures that projects meet established design principles, budgets, and schedules, all while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Deliver Results

  • Participate in and lead design charrettes, utilizing hand sketching and design software to communicate concepts.
  • Develop design concepts and create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and documentation across all project phases.
  • Coordinate with senior staff, consultants, and governing agencies to ensure design intent and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Oversee and assist in preparation of project specifications, ensuring quality and alignment with design intent.
  • Support construction administration, conducting field observations and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, including interns and graduate architects.
  • Act as an ambassador for company values, participating in professional development and lessons-learned sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Path toward licensure as an Architect; CSI-CDT certification preferred (training provided).
  • Experience with A&E projects and proficiency in design and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and emerging technologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards and experience applying them in technical documents.
