- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships, or a bachelor's degree and four years of experience in a related field.
- Three or more years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing marketing services and managing supplier performance.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, preferably direct category management experience.
- Familiarity with agency relationship and supplier evaluations.
- Working knowledge of the Coupa platform and marketing analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
