Portfolio Community Association Manager

Position Summary:

As a Community Association Manager, you will represent a widely recognized company focused on providing exemplary service in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for managing all functions required for the betterment and governance of the association while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills internally and externally.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Full-time Portfolio Manager
• Work directly with the Board of Directors to manage the business of associations in portfolio
• Work with an assistant
• Work within the Florida Statutes and each Association's Governing Documents
• Investigate and resolve Board and homeowner issues
• Schedule and facilitate association meetings
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion by working with vendors
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• Enforce Board-driven protocols and procedures
• Assist with creating budgets

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Community Associations with an understanding of Governance, Insurance, Construction, Budgeting, & General Business Operations
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Detail oriented with an understanding of the high level of urgency
• A minimum of two years business experience in association management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Valid and Active Florida Community Association Manager License
• Must have Valid Florida Driver's License

The idea candidate will be a self-starter possessing exceptional organizational and customer service skills. Attention to detail is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
