As a Graduate Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced projects from conception to completion in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Deliver Results
- Engage as an active team member in all phases of the design process including predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration.
- Assist in the development of design, graphic presentations, and 3D renderings.
- Accompany and assist others during field observations to assess existing buildings and monitor progress of construction.
- Produce contract documents that are efficient and consistent with the scope of work, schedule, and fee allotted to complete the work.
- Participate in the development of project specifications and their coordination with the drawings.
- Support communication and coordination with all disciplines, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to the contract documents and provide support as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education and experience required for professional licensure.
- Must be committed to passing the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) and completing the Architectural Experience Program (AXP).
- 0 to 5 years of architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- NCARB registration.
- Associate AIA.
- CSI-CDT certification.
- LEED GA certification.
- Experience in producing construction documents.
