As an Interior Designer I, you will be supporting full-scale design under the supervision of a Senior Interior Designer or Team Leader. You will contribute to all phases of interior design, including conceptual design, space planning, Revit document production, and contract administration. Collaborating with clients and consultants, you will help bring design concepts to life while maintaining budgets, schedules, and design principles.
Deliver Results
Develop specifications for materials, finishes, fixed equipment, construction timelines, and costs.
Assist with furniture systems, fixtures, and equipment selection.
Coordinate design documentation with team members and external partners using Revit.
Participate in site visits and field reviews to gain hands-on experience with project execution.
Prepare design presentations and contribute to effective client communication.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards, applying them to design projects.
Support quality assurance and quality control processes for project deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
NCIDQ certified interior designer.
2 years of post-graduate interior design experience.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign; experience in producing construction documents.
Preferred Qualifications
Membership in IIDA or ASID.
LEED certification.
CSI-CDT certification (or willingness to complete within one year).
Strong creative talent and experience with space planning, sustainability, and industry trends.
