Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales & Business Development Coordinator to directly assist the VP of Sales & Business Development in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently handle administrative and operational tasks while also contributing to sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support & Coordination :

  • Provide direct support to the VP of Sales & Business Development, managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in tracking key sales metrics, business development initiatives, and revenue performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the VP and internal teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies.

Sales & Business Development Support :

  • Manage CRM data entry and pipeline tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
  • Support client outreach efforts, including email communications and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and help execute business development initiatives such as partnerships, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners by ensuring consistent communication.
  • Track and follow up on client engagements, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Administrative & Operational Support :

  • Organize and coordinate team meetings, preparing agendas and action items.
  • Maintain sales records, databases, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Ensure all sales and business development processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for sales initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), MS Office, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
