Reporting directly to the Director of CDS, the Program Director is responsible for participating as a member of the management team to ensure safe and effective vocational services. The Program Director serves as the primary planner and coordinator of the operations of the assigned vocational program. The Program Director at Progressive Housing, Inc. is adaptable, mission-oriented, goal-driven, highly organized, efficient, and exercises good judgment and decision-making skills.Responsibilities : Ensure that all developmental training sites are in compliance with current policies and procedures, state and federal rules and regulations, and assist with ongoing development, reviews, and revisions.Become a member of the facility QA, safety, infection control, treatment review, human rights, clinical monitoring, and pharmacy committees.Review all new admissions to determine that the facility is able to provide services.Assist facility with reducing expenses and increasing revenue by reviewing and revising staffing, implementing marketing plans, fine-tuning inventory control, and developing budgets.Assist with prescreening and recruitment of QIDPs and Developmental Trainers.Provide in-service orientation and training to all employees in the facility.Perform periodic performance evaluations for the QIDPs and Developmental Trainers and conduct routine inspections of facilities.Establish, plan, and implement quarterly and ongoing training meetings.Ensure that all clients are offered opportunities for community integration and that all clients' rights are upheld and treated with dignity and respect.Assist with the annual process of determining facility fiscal needs and review budget compliance in coordination with the account representative.Research and utilize community agencies for service delivery and locate resources.Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
