We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Services Coordinator to join our team at the Progressive Life Center. In this role, you will work with families to identify strengths and needs, develop personalized plans of care, and provide intensive, in-home services to stabilize the family unit.

We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Services Coordinator to join our team at the Progressive Life Center. In this role, you will work with families to identify strengths and needs, develop personalized plans of care, and provide intensive, in-home services to stabilize the family unit.
Responsibilities
- Ensure face-to-face contact with referred families within 24 hours of receiving referral.
- Provide relevant crisis intervention and advocacy services.
- Maintain a caseload of 5 to 6 families.
- Case management for individuals and families.
- Provide face-to-face intervention for a minimum of five hours per week; additional hours may be needed if crisis or risk factors are exacerbated.
- Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited college/university with two (2) years of experience in human services.
- Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) in the state of Maryland or license eligible with a test scheduled within the next few months.
- Experience working with diverse ethnic and cultural populations.
- Knowledge of family systems and community resources.
