The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Visit retail and brand locations to capture original content and videos for social media channels.
Social Media Strategy Development:
- Work with the Marketing team to implement and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with overall business goals, focusing on growth and revenue generation.
- Identify target audiences and choose appropriate platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive brand community.
- Monitor brand sentiment and manage customer interactions professionally, including addressing customer concerns through social media.
Campaign Management:
- Design and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and special events.
- Develop paid advertising strategies and manage social media ad budgets.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Trend Analysis & Research:
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, features, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Proactively identify and participate in relevant social media conversations, including trending hashtags and real-time online discussions.
Influencer Outreach:
- Build relationships with influencers to expand brand reach and drive engagement through collaborations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
Time Management:
