Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to support our long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, network management, and healthcare technology systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, which are essential for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This position reports to the Corporate Director of IT.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and residents.
- Implement and manage healthcare technology systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.
- Train staff on new technologies and systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
