What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior TEM Analyst position at Progressive Recruitment?
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Expense Management Specialist with 5-7 years in telecommunication or network services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Telecom Expense Management Solutions (TEM) such as Tangoe, Calero, or Cass, and possess a strong understanding of wired and wireless expense management, data and voice networks, and telephony infrastructure. Familiarity with network routers, switches, firewalls, and collaboration tools like Webex, Zoom, and MS Teams is essential, along with advanced skills in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage telecom expenses and investigate usage charges
- Perform invoice analysis to identify billing errors and opportunities for savings
- Maintain a telecom inventory database and oversee wireless order management
- Engage in IT operations monitoring and manage network-related incidents
- Ensure contract compliance and performance with service providers
- Implement process improvements to optimize telecom costs
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in telecommunication or network services
- Experience with TEM solutions (Tangoe, Calero, Cass, etc.)
- Knowledge of data and voice networks, telephony infrastructure, and network security
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL certification is highly desirable
