What You’ll Do:
- Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture.
- Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices.
- Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
- Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans.
- Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations.
- Collaborate – Work closely with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- CHST certification preferred (but not required)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
