Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished On-Site Construction Safety Manager to lead our safety efforts in De Soto, KS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of a large on-site safety team.
- Conduct thorough site safety audits and prepare detailed reports.
- Guarantee that all workers comply with rigorous safety standards and adhere to OSHA regulations.
- Offer expert guidance and mentorship to employees on safe work practices and industry best practices.
- Closely collaborate with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of safety procedures.
- Conduct meticulous investigations into any safety incidents, document findings, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Deliver customized safety orientations to new team members as needed.
- Act as an advocate for the client's interests regarding all health and safety matters on-site.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in managing on-site safety teams.

- A current OSHA 500/502 certification (essential).
