As an Equipment Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and service operations in designated territories. This includes:
- Selling and renting heavy agricultural equipment to customers
- Providing ongoing support to product distribution channels
- Developing long-term partnerships with PTI customers
- Implementing account strategies to increase sales and rental revenue
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through participation in company sales orientation and training programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years sales, service, and/or parts experience
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
