- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:15PM
What You'll Do:
- Administer and manage the ergonomics program, including education/training workshops and classes.
- Lead ergonomic improvement activities and risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
- Provide regular monthly and quarterly reporting to the client regarding program management and activities.
- Participate in meetings regarding model and/or production changes, trial builds, mock builds, and CV builds as required.
- Engage with production, safety, design, and engineering teams for planning and ergonomic considerations.
- Supervise the Ergonomics Specialists, including training employees, assigning work, and addressing concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise/Sports Science, Health Promotions, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant programs.
- The ability to lead ergonomic initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
