What You'll Do:
- Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics, lifting techniques, and body mechanics.
- Conducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
- Driving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decision-making.
What You’ll Need:
- A background in occupational ergonomics, human factors, safety & environmental, kinesiology, exercise science / sports science, health promotions, etc. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
