Are you passionate about workplace safety and injury prevention? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Physical Demand Manager supporting our industrial division.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct accurate yearly and quarterly job assessments.
- Utilize collected data to enhance existing programs and drive future client projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve job placement and injury prevention strategies.
- Ensure accurate and detailed entry of job assessment data into internal software.
- Maintain and update job assessment tracking tools in a timely manner.
- Utilize job assessment data to support team member fit concerns and alternative job placements.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, including in-person, Teams, or Go/See activities.
- Oversee the Physical Demand Analysis (PDA) program, including developing completion calendars, fielding client requests, directing team initiatives, and ensuring effective program implementation.
- Supervise a team, including two specialists and one administrative specialist.
What You’ll Need:
- A background in exercise science, ergonomics, kinesiology, physical therapy, CEAS (Certified Ergonomics Specialist), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or manufacturing processes/equipment with hands-on experience in roles such as production team members, supervisors, process technicians, or quality control specialists.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software programs.
