Day of Work Specialist – ProgressiveHealth, LLC – Princeton, IN
We are looking for an energetic and results driven Day of Work Specialist at a large manufacturing facility in Princeton, IN. This position will support and monitor candidates during a simulated day of work activity and perform interviews for employment in a production environment. What will you be doing in this role?
- Supporting candidates who are coming in to perform the work simulation activities
- instruction, coaching, and monitoring activities
- Interviewing candidates
- Small group instructional activities
- Completing the day of work activities
- Interpreting and tracking file data; scheduling
- Following established operational policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and being detail oriented is required
- Flexibility in terms of schedule
- Previous experience conducting interviews or public speaking is helpful
- Be energetic, professional, and dependable
- Work independently, take initiative, anticipate challenges and problem solve
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
