What You'll Be Doing:
As a Work Conditioning Specialist, you will:
- Lead group exercise classes to physically prepare manufacturing employees for work on the production floor and to promote overall health and wellness.
- Provide proactive injury prevention and early symptom intervention, in line with OSHA standards.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work closely with manufacturing employees to assess injury risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess risks and implement ergonomic solutions.
- Ensure the work environment maximizes employee comfort, safety, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide valuable feedback for continuous health improvements.
- Create and provide key metric reports to leadership, client partners, and operations management.

What You’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or another related field such as Physical Therapist Assistant, Health & Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, or Physical Education
- CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
