Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous home healthcare experience preferred
