Responsibilities:
- Accept new patients, complete paperwork, and turn in payroll
- Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies
- Collaborate with Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient care
- Deliver in-home therapy services, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in meetings as needed with the Bryan therapy team
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio
- Ability to travel to patient's home or facility
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous home healthcare experience preferred
