Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor dining room operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in kitchen management is a plus
- Proficient in interviewing and hiring new staff members

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
