You will be the charismatic conductor of our dining experience, ensuring every guest feels like part of the family. You'll lead a dynamic team, create an inviting atmosphere, all while celebrating our delicious dishes and making each visit an unforgettable dining experience.
Qualifications : We are looking for an individual that can build a team and continue to teach along the way
- Must have strong managerial and communication skills (honest, genuine, and has an ownership-driven mentality with servant leadership management style)
- Strong background working in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment, while confident in moving about the floor by assisting and overseeing multiple employees at once
- Someone that is passionate about hospitality, that is eager to engage guests to create a unique experience
- Someone that is excited about hospitality with an in-depth knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
- Knowledgeable of operational management procedures not limited to budgetary discipline, property management, staff supervision, inventory management and food safety protocols
Responsibilities :
- Lead the front of the house through each shift. It is your responsibility to make sure that staff members are completing their tasks in a timely manner and are following all guidelines set by our company - as a result - a GREAT experience for our guests
- Scheduling, ordering of product, staffing, taking inventory and entering into the computer
- Working to help execute the initiatives from the general manager of the restaurant with the restaurant staff
- Ensures table touches of all tables and handles any guest issues in house with care and attention
- Helps ensure quality service by preaching steps of service to restaurant team and helps to ensure quality and timely food delivery to guests by communication with back of house
- Hosts engaging and meaningful daily pre-shift meetings to prepare staff for their shift
- Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun
