What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Walkthrough Agent (PT) position at ProHome?
This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel in Birmingham, AL and the surrounding area.
To be considered for the position, you must reside in Birmingham, AL or the surrounding area.
We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred.

Qualifications :
Work setting : Remote in the Birmingham area. You must be able to commute daily to Birmingham, AL and the surrounding area.
