Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work setting: Remote in the Birmingham area. You must be able to commute daily to Birmingham, AL and the surrounding area.
- $25/hour.
