As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving daily operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our customers. Your leadership will inspire our team to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Ensure smooth vendor relations and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage inventory processes, including restocking and visual merchandising.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and safe access.
- Train and develop team members, fostering growth and accountability.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience handling Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash transactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation:
💰 $16-$17 an hour (based on prior experience)
