Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Embrace the Miss Lucille’s brand and delight customers with your knowledge of our diverse range of goods.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and prioritizing their needs.
- Handle retail transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our Point of Sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and throughout the store.
- Assist customers with heavy/large items and ensure their shopping experience is seamless.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for customer service and store recovery.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry items up to 75 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Use hands and arms to handle objects and maintain steady movements.
- Have clear vision and speech to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Working Conditions:
- Experience a mix of controlled indoor environments and outdoor conditions.
- Be prepared to adapt to various environmental factors such as temperature changes, rain, wind, and humidity.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail and customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and typing skills.
