What You’ll Do:
- Create Welcoming Experiences: Greet every guest with a smile, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to make sure their experience is seamless and fun!
- Upsell with Enthusiasm: Suggest activities, products, and services that add value to each guest’s experience.
- Maintain a Safe & Clean Environment: Uphold cleanliness and safety standards, making our space welcoming and worry-free.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly, lending a hand across departments as needed.
- Be Flexible & Reliable: Commit to scheduled shifts and follow all attendance policies, bringing positive energy to every interaction.
- Bring the Fun: Follow company policies on uniform standards and no cell phone usage to maintain professionalism and focus.
Key Qualifications:
- Service-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude for engaging with guests and fellow team members.
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage time and juggle tasks efficiently, especially during peak times.
- POS & Cash-Handling: Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train if you bring a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility: Open to working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Readiness: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a high-energy environment with variable conditions like temperature changes and noise levels.
