Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RFID Inventory Tracking solutions. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management to ensure the seamless integration of RFID technologies within large-scale retail operations. You will be responsible for balancing scope, timing, cost, and risk while coordinating across technical and business teams.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of RFID hardware and software applications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional coordination between technology teams, operations, and external vendors
- Drive the successful integration of large real-time data applications into existing retail ecosystems
- Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth operational rollout
- Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Optimise RFID-enabled processes for inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
