Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the residence.
- Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service.
- Coordinate with management to plan and execute cleaning schedules tailored to the residents’ specific needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Implement and enforce strict safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide personalized service for residents, responding to special requests and attending to individual preferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role in a luxury hotel or private estate.
- Expertise in high-end residential cleaning and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
