ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, and treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, reliable, and experienced full-time mental health therapist to join our team!

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinates centralized processes from the corporate administrative queue including client discharges, support for PRP/Drug Court relationships, and mental health/psychiatry scheduling for all offices. Performs a variety of administrative functions. Uses word processing, and spreadsheet software. Will also assist with overflow work from the Administrative Specialist. May fill in for front desk staff virtually, as needed.
1. Responsible for coordinating centralized processes for the organization
2. Responsible for supporting PRP and Drug Court relationships
3. Responsible for mental health/psychiatry scheduling.
4. Responds to all inquiries related to the processes, as well as provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures when needed.
5. Provides support and fills in for front desk staff virtually, when needed.
6. Supports Administrative Specialist with additional tasks and projects.
