Position Overview: As the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare services to our community. This role oversees all aspects of healthcare operations, compliance, financial sustainability, and program innovation-aligning with Project HOME's mission to provide comprehensive care for individuals in need. You will also serve as the HRSA Project Director, leading the execution of HRSA grant objectives and ensuring adherence to Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) regulations.
In this executive role, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Integrated Care and Senior Director of Operations to ensure seamless service execution while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, financial oversight, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for healthcare services that aligns with Project HOME's mission and long-term objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the HRSA-approved scope of services, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with FQHC regulations.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Healthcare Committee to establish long-term goals and policies.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and expansion in service delivery, particularly in integrated healthcare models.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of the Wellness Center, leading strategic planning and partner engagement.
- Ensure financial sustainability by overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and fiscal planning.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities, including grants, partnerships, and government contracts.
- Manage program grants and ensure compliance with all HRSA, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as the Authorized Official for HRSA-related reporting and compliance.
- Represent Project HOME in the community, fostering relationships with stakeholders, policymakers, and funding agencies.
- Advocate for policies and programs that support affordable and accessible healthcare.
- Serve as a public representative for media engagements, community outreach, and healthcare-related partnerships.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and professional development within the healthcare team.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management of healthcare staff.
- Ensure healthcare activities are well-coordinated with Senior Director of Integrated Care and Senior Director of Operations.
What Qualifications & Experience You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably within an FQHC or Community Health Center.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, compliance, and operational oversight.
- Extensive experience in scaling healthcare programs, managing grant funding, and leading policy advocacy.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of FQHC regulations, healthcare payment systems, and federal grant compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to build consensus and collaborate with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health record (EHR) platforms, and data-driven decision-making tools.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote after 90-120 days, based on business needs
Salary Range: $172,169-$200,197 based on education and experience
