Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 (depending on qualifications)

Project Hope Foundation (PHF) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Greenville County campuses. This role is critical in ensuring efficient facility management, cross-departmental communication, and seamless onboarding processes to maintain a high standard of services.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination and Facility Management
- Oversee daily operations at Greenville County campuses, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Work with the Facilities Department and rental organizations to maintain campus sites
- Manage inventory and supply budgets, collaborating with leadership on purchasing
Intake and Onboarding Coordination
- Support the Intake Department in welcoming new clients, including facility tours
- Assist the Training Department in onboarding new hires with logistical campus information
Scheduling and Communication
- Organize and lead operational meetings, escalating key issues to department leaders
- Serve as a liaison between employees, families, and clients in collaboration with clinical leadership
- Schedule and facilitate clinic-wide meetings as needed
Compliance and Emergency Preparedness
- Maintain and enforce PHF Emergency Action Plans (EAP) across all Greenville campuses
- Conduct emergency drills and compliance training, ensuring proper documentation
Event and Program Support
- Plan and coordinate campus outings, field trips, and extracurricular events
- Oversee Team Hope activities, including volunteer coordination and parent engagement
Office and Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient campus operations
- Assist with interdepartmental projects and special initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree required (related field preferred)
- Three or more years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and use Google Suite, CentralReach, and Podio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams and families
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods for administrative work
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for supply and office management
- Willingness to travel between campuses as needed
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
