What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Project Hospitality?
Job Details
- Complete Housing Quality Standards Inspections
- Responsible for moving tenant possessions from various locations as needed
- Make assessment of all mechanical systems in the apartments as designated and advise
- Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary
- Transport clients as needed during relocation.
- Maintain stock of maintenance supplies needed for residence upkeep
- Apartment turnover and make ready for occupancy
- Remove snow/ice on the various agency owned residence/properties
- Manage work orders and update resolutions using Rent Manager software
- Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduled repairs
- Monitor maintenance of agency vehicles as assigned
The position requires related maintenance experience. Must have a clean and valid driver’s license as well as the ability to drive a box truck. Must have ability to establish workload priorities. The physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed including lifting up to 50 pounds. In addition, the Maintenance shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve.
