Description
Summary: Responsible for the office/maintenance oversight and upkeep of the 140/150 Richmond Terrace. Will report to the Area Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain ongoing services for 140/150 maintenance/structural issues at the site when issue is reported.
- Monitor daily upkeep of building maintenance (i.e. sweeping and keeping the exterior property of the building free of trash, leaves, cleaning of the interior of the building, this includes: vacuuming, dusting, emptying garbage and taking care of recyclables, cleaning windows, maintenance and upkeep of bathrooms as needed).
- Coordinate services for snow removal Snow/Ice removal on the property.
- Maintain inventory & stock of supplies needed for site upkeep.
- Ensure that all invoices are submitted timely, maintain/reconcile petty cash and metro cards.
- Maintain applicable service contracts; Contact & obtain estimates/bids for approval resources/work project etc.
- Maintain staff equipment inventory (new & broken laptops, phones, headphones etc.)
- Will provide administrative support ( as needed shared lunch/vacation coverage)
- Maintain & track program invoices
- Transport agency information, mail, and business as directed
- Coordinate service to maintain upkeep of program vehicles
- Work hours may be adjusted due to urgent matters (i.e. workers access to building)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and related experience. Clean and valid driver’s license is required. Needs ability to establish workload priorities. In addition, the Site Coordinator shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve.
