Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of caregivers and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Manage daily operations of the facility, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies related to senior care and memory care services.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in senior care and developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff performance, and facility operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care management or a related field, with a focus on memory care or long-term care preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Compassionate approach towards caregiving, demonstrating empathy for residents' needs.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare management or related fields are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
