RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense related to professional liability litigation as well as commercial and real estate litigation, a majority of which are co-ops and condo disputes
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Or Real Estate Litigation
- JD from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
