This position will coordinate and perform specialized project work for OPD recovery management and the 70 Broadway, Denver CO office.

OPD Recovery - Project Coordinator
We have an immediate need for a talented, self-motivated, and full-time OPD Recovery Project Coordinator for our Outside Plant Damage Recovery team.
This position will coordinate and perform specialized project work for OPD recovery management and the 70 Broadway, Denver CO office.
Responsibilities
This position requires a high degree of self-starting ability, strong sense of organization and forward-thinking ability due to the various responsibilities as outlined below:
- Provide OPD management and the overall team with phone usage metrics, claims worked metrics, and E1 metrics 4 times a day, at 7:30AM (to encompass the full day prior), 8:30AM (to determine early morning metrics), 11:00AM and 2:30PM MST
- Provide OPD Management and the OPD Team with weekly phone usage metrics, claims worked metrics, and E1 metrics for use in the Monday OPD Recovery Meeting. This report will go out at the end of the day each Friday. The role will also summarize these metrics at the end of each month, quarter, and year
- Run a report designed to isolate stale-dated claims that our recovery team is underworking twice a week, at random dates, and distribute to the OPD Claims Leads and Managers. Do the same for an A6 manager request report
- Handle random incoming inquiries we receive, usually pertaining to restitution cases, and work with the field and the PPA desk resource to ensure that information makes it to the correct recipient
- Handle both the updating of OPD anytime a claim receives returned mail, as well as upload pertinent documentation received by PRG via snail mail into the attachments section of OPD.
- Be available for tasks that will be randomly assigned by the Claims Manager or Claims Director. Examples of these tasks will be mass updating locate claims with notes prepared by Claims Manager, updating sheets with additional column data, transferring files to other agents, etc. Agent will need to learn the OPD database to assist with research and administrative projects
- Position will utilize private skip tracing databases as well as public records to assist with developing new contact information on OPD claims as a skip tracer
- Prepare legal files for submission to our assortment of legal entities, both with the client and through tertiary means.
- Role will also support management in maintaining the 70 Broadway office with supply orders, parking coordination & security, and being a point of contact for the building owner and maintenance
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as an ability to navigate a variety of operational tasks on a computer
- Skip tracing experience, preferably in a law-firm or collection agency environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to successfully multi-task is essential
- Knowledge of recovery or claims industry helpful
- Knowledge of construction, or cable industry and/or utility locate industry helpful
- College experience preferred
- $28-$32/hour
