Senior Level LADC Clinician

• JOB STATUS : * Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) , 12Months Per Year

*EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:*

• The ability to mentor and train new counselors and interns.
• The ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide quality individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and personal development.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on therapeutic activities that promote patient engagement.
• Maintain accurate, and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
  
  

Organizational Requirements

• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Have a basic knowledge of chemical dependency.
• Be comfortable and have knowledge of other office programs on the computer.
• Attend all mandatory in-services and training as required by state and federal laws as well as for the organization and for personal gain.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current active LADC license
• Bachelor's degree in related field, (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling, ideally in residential treatment.
• Project Turnabout is a 12-Step foundational facility.
• Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles.
  
  

Salary Range

• Commensurate with experience.
