Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits and communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on lead generation and follow-up efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and expand market presence.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; experience in retail sales is also beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
