Job Description: As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing field crews traveling to NC and SC cities, overseeing the assembly and installation of signs and displays, ensuring efficient inventory and warehousing operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field crews to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Oversee the assembly and installation of signs and displays, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and warehousing operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Maintain optimal fleet maintenance and tool stock for trucks and trailers for daily use
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Construction Management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of field operations, sign and display assembly and installation, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
