Job Description
- Provide desk-side support for general computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install and configure standard images for new and re-imaged systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local printers and handheld scanners.
- Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices.
- Manage IT ticket queues to meet SLA requirements.
- Offer tier 1 support for network, LAN, and telephony issues.
- Preferred qualifications include 2 years of desk-side support experience and A certification.
