Job Description for Travel Nurse RN Neuro ICU

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate travel nurse to join our team at ProKatchers. As a travel nurse in our Neuro ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as needed.
• Manage pain and provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for patients with neurological injuries.

Requirements:

• 1-year recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a full-time equivalent role in a Neuro ICU setting.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:
• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
• BLS/ACLS (AHA), TNCC/TCAR, and NIHSS are required.
• CCRN, CSC, SCRN, and TCRN are preferred.
