ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Roseburg, OR
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour

Position Overview:
As an ICU RN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit. You will be working with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to stabilize and treat patients with serious, complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients in critical condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Provide support and education to patients' families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon (or compact license).
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience (Travel experience preferred but not required).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.
