**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Active Arkansas state MLT license or eligibility to obtain
- American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an MLT
